First stop – Como, Italy

There were a couple of churches within easy walking distance of our hotel and many different styles of architecture provide a variety of angles and colors for photography.

There were a few different birds along the waterfront and this swan was entertaining visitors and picking up crumbs along with some of the birds.

For those who follow my blogs, here is the first fire hydrant that I decided to photograph in Italy.

Once darkness arrived, lights reflecting on the lake and light illuminating statues and monuments provided additional photo opportunities and the cooler evening temperatures made walking along the lakeshore a pleasant possibility.
