As the event progressed, the rain began to come down a bit harder and keeping the lens clear and dry became a problem. My (Ron’s) feet were getting a bit wet too so when my father (92 y.o.) headed back to the car, I was quite willing to follow him, leaving Graeme behind to work on the video.
