New England Trip 2012 – Day 6 – Mystic, Connecticut – Mystic Seaport and Maritime Village
It turns out that when we arrived at the Olde Mistic Village Shopping Mall, we initially thought that we were at the historic Mystic Seaport and Maritime Village. One is a shopping mall disguised as a village while the other is a multi-faceted maritime museum and historical site.
It was a bit too late for us to properly visit the Mystic Village and Maritime Village so this is one location that we will be adding to our ‘next time’ list.
After a very quick tour of the gift shop, I headed back to the colourful parking lot and off we went looking for somewhere to stay for the night.
