A late summer treat – Corn on the Cob
The folks at my father’s long term care facility asked me if I would like to join them (and my father) for a good feed of corn on a warm Friday. Tough to turn down corn-on-the-cob :-). Great weather out so, while some stayed inside, my father and I and a few others moved out onto the patio.
As Craig was watching the corn pot boil and taking care to ensure that the riblets didn’t turn black an iPad moment was in the making.
