Lunch in an Italian Country Setting

There were, of course, those who wanted to record the steps to try them later at home, and those who weren’t completely convinced that this would work out :-). In the end, the sauce was added, the cheese was added, the oven got used, and a delicious edible product was passed around for everyone to have a taste.

Add in a bit of wine and a bit of dessert and the group was ready to hit the road again. A short walk down to the buses through orchards and flowers helped the pizza to settle before some more time negotiating the roads of the Amalfi Coast.
