Pimisi Lake, Ontario

As Gerhard and I headed north from Ottawa on our way to Ivanhoe Lake Provincial Park, one of our first pit stops was at the picnic site on the shores of Pimisi Lake.

20110607-074526.jpgIt’s a nice spot for a stop and has a place to put in a canoe for a quick paddle if you are so inclined and have the time. For us, it was a spot for a quick stretch only since we still had plenty of driving to do.
