The last of our four breeding bird surveys headed northeast towards Dubreuiville, Ontario. The road is paved with more traffic than on the previous routes. The temperature was pleasant and skies were blue. The only drawback was a brisk breeze which is both a negative and a positive. On the positive side the breeze keeps the bugs under control but it also adds a noise factor which makes the hearing of bird sounds a bit more difficult.
A convenient lift so I could do some more work on the exhaust system.
Juvenile Bald Eagle at the dump
Black Bear by side of the road.
