It didn’t rain today!

As the later flowering tulips got a bit of sunshine today, they weren’t the only flowers blossoming in my yard. The flowering crabapples and the regular apples are putting on a nice display and I expect that this weekend the rows of flowering crabapple trees at the agriculture research station should be in full bloom to supplement the tulips in the last weekend of the tulip festival.

With all of the rain that we have had, the leafy plants are looking very healthy and contributing to the variety of shapes and colours in the garden.
