The first section of the trail passes by a small chapel on the hill and then continues along toward the summit.
Since weather was a continuing concern, I decided not to continue snowshoeing to the summit as the hot tub and swimming pool seemed to be a more attractive idea for a misty day. Others were still heading out onto the trails.
