African Safari – Lake Manyara National Park

Silvery-cheeked Hornbill (Bycanistes brevis)

There were numerous other bird species along the way but not all cooperated by sitting in suitable locations for photographing. Some did though and that was nice.

Blue-capped Cordon-bleu (Uraeginthus cyanocephalus)

Cliffchat (Thamnolea cinnamomeiventris)

Bird i. d. unknown

Although I enjoyed seeing all of the bird species in the woods, the more confined space meant that dust tended to linger so I was not upset when we started to see more open spaces on the way to the lake area.
