Boonville, NY

A small grassed in triangular park is at the center of a three way traffic intersection and an octagonal bandstand is in the middle of this small park along with a cannon commemorating the involvement in the Civil War. Band concerts are held Friday nights in the summer.

Another bit of town history is captured on this marker outside of the Post House.

I thought that it might be interesting to stay at the Boonville Hotel but I had planned on seeing more of the countryside and ending off the day by driving home so off I went to my next adventure.
