Dandelions are blooming and the City of Ottawa has given the go ahead for the use of community ball diamonds. This week local leagues began the summer community-based baseball league play. The lines have now been painted on the local soccer pitches. Soccer starts next week.
Since my yard backs onto a large open field with two baseball diamonds and three soccer pitches, I can watch a community baseball game or soccer match almost any day of the summer. Let the games begin! PLAY BALL!!!
