Santa season event at Stonehaven Manor, Kanata Ontario

The halls were all packed with revelers this night as family and friends visited for an evening of seasonal celebration and greetings.

I love butter tarts, but couldn’t be in two places at the same time, so had to be satisfied with just photographghing them this time around.

Of course, what seasonal event such as this wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa Claus. Although his hard-working elves were distributing chocolates and candy canes , Santa insisted that his visit was solely for information gathering purposes only. He was only there to figure out who had been naughty or nice. Of, course I pleaded my case as best I could but my father and his friend weren’t totally supportive of my efforts!

Once Santa was out of hearing distance it was announced that it was now okay to get up and dance and that is exactly what some folks did.
